We use your data to provide and improve our compliance platform, respond to your inquiries, generate compliance documents, and communicate platform updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers within the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Your rights

Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies required for site functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics, when used, are privacy-preserving and do not track individual users across sites.

Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Platform data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days.
